FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

 

What flavors do you have? We have a large variety of flavors and our menu is always changing. Please see our menus listed under each item.

 

Do you rent towers? We have a variety of towers that we rent for all occasions, and we can create a custom tower for your event  that we  can help you coordinate your event with the perfect display.

 

We rent the towers that are shown on our website and highly suggest that you use them. We take great pride in setting up your wedding or event and know that our towers are going to hold the weight of your orders and present beautifully. In addition to towers, we have many other display pieces available for rent.

 

We have smaller cupcake tiers, beautiful platters and cake stands are available.

 

Can you do cakes? We do make custom cakes for weddings and other occasions.

 

When can we set up a tastings? Tastings are by appointment during normal business hours. We use that opportunity to let you sample three different flavors of cupcakes or cake pops that we have on our in-store menu that day. This allows you to get an idea of the quality and variety of our products. Once a deposit has been placed to hold your wedding date we can work together on specific flavors for your event.

 

We have a specific color that we are trying to match. Can we request colors? We can match many different colors, but if you have something very specific in mind, we ask that you bring a sample of the color in so that everyone agrees on the specific shade. We can consult with our bakers to ensure it is something that can be done.

 

Can you set up for the event? We have done weddings at many event locations throughout Central Ohio. We are more than happy to make arrangements to set up your display at your specific location – just let us know. We can quote a delivery price to you once we know where your venue is.

 

What do we need to do to book our wedding date? To book your wedding date, we ask for a non-refundable $75 deposit. Payment for your wedding is due in full 2 weeks prior to the wedding. This is also when we need your final count.

 

What is your cancellation policy? If your event cancels, your deposit is forfeited. If cancellation occurs less than 2 weeks prior to the event, the contract states that you are responsible for all charges. This policy is in place to both protect you and our business. We only take a certain number of weddings each weekend so that we can provide you with the most specialized service!
